.AT is the official country code Top-Level-Domain (ccTLD) of Austria.
An .AT Domain is normally used by companies or private entities who are located in Austria or who have business relationships with Austria.
* Minimum: 3
* Maximum: 63
* Letters and numbers
* Hyphens ("-"), however not at the beginning or directly in front of the TLD
.AT domains can be registered online through the web interface or API.
In order to change the registrant of an .AT domain you have to complete the following steps:
* Request a trade for the domain in our system with the TradeDomain command.
* Go to href="http://pdf.rrpproxy.net" >http://pdf.rrpproxy.net] or href="http://www.formgenerator.net" >http://www.formgenerator.net] and generate the required form ''(Request for Change of Domain Holder)''.
* Fax a signed copy of this form to the fax number indicated on top of it.
The owner change will be processed by our system within 1-2 days.
As .AT domains can only be registered on a yearly basis, they cannot be renewed explicitly. To renew an .AT domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to "AUTORENEW" or "RENEWONCE".
.AT Domains can be deleted online through the Delete Command.
Please note that you're only allowed to delete .AT domains if you have the authorization of the domain owner.
None.
.AT Transfers are possible. Please note that when a .AT Domain is transferred successfully, the remaining registration period is kept. The domains will not be extended by one year.
You can initiate a .AT domain transfer either through the RRPproxy WebInterface or API. The domain owner will receive an email by the registry asking him to approve the transfer. The transfer of an .AT domain will be pending for 21 days if it is not approved by the domain owner.
None
After a transfer has been started, the domain-owner will receive an Email by NIC.AT asking for confirmation. In case, that the customer does not confirm this transfer , the transfer will fail after 21 days.
Restores are possible within 59 days after deletion if the domain was deleted explicitly with the DeleteDomain command or set to "AUTODELETE". Restores are not possible if the domain was set to "AUTOEXPIRE" or was pushed back to the registry with the PushDomain command.
